Ramsay Ball has a background in real estate, private investment, operating companies, community development and non-profits. He works to create sustainable projects & ventures that provide healthy places to work & live and improve quality of life.
 

Ramsay is principal broker with Cignus Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage company in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is also a partner in Savant Development, which focuses on analysis, development and management of commercial building projects.

 

Previously, he spent 14 years founding and operating the Colliers International office in Bentonville, Arkansas as a principal and executive broker focusing on commercial real estate, investment real estate,
distressed properties, land, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, multifamily properties, mixed-use properties, consulting, development, funds and project management.

Prior to Colliers, he spent 20+ years working in the commercial real estate business in Little Rock. He is a native of Arkansas and has deep connections amongst numerous channels throughout the Arkansas business ecosystem developed over his 40+ year career.
 

Ramsay is a member of the Board of Directors of CardioWise and Sevo Nutraceuticals. He is a manager of Torch Fund, Alpha Fund and VIC Growth Fund. Mr. Ball serves on the investment committees of the Fund for Arkansas’ Future and the Delta I-Fund.
 

He serves on the governing boards of the House of Songs Alliance, the Arkansas Community Foundation, and the Bentonville Parks Conservancy.
 

Ramsay supports the entrepreneurial program at the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business as a mentor and has received an Honorary Associate Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the Northwest Arkansas Community College.
